Best Vegan Restaurants in Condado

Our family has been enjoying Marmalade for years. It is our only go to destination for special occasions and we are ALWAYS delighted with the experience. Tonight was no exception- from the professional and thoughtful service- to the food quality and presentation!! Every course was a symphony of incredible combination of textures and flavors- perfectly balanced. The white bean soup- a staple - was even better than I remembered. The lobster risotto was creamy with generous chunks of fresh lobster. The Sea bass melted in my mouth! Of course the chocolate dessert was over the top rich with multiple layers of chocolate textures and a hint of raspberry. The cocktails were unique and yummy. We were made to feel very welcome and the pacing of the meal was impeccable. This is an experience that is not to be missed when you come to discover the best that Puerto Rico has to offer. What can I not rave about this little restaurant….Karla was our waitress and when I say she and her team were next level I mean it! They treated us like family and we immediately knew we were in the right place! We came to celebrate my wife’s 30th birthday and she was overwhelmingly impressed by the service and the cocktails. The food was to die for!! 👏🏻 cheers to the kitchen staff for their amazing work as well! The cucumber cocktail is a must and so refreshing!!!! We had a variety of items from the empanadas and boar dumplings to the duck, the duck ravioli and the potato soup. Oh man my mouth is watering just thinking about this meal! Unfortunately we were not able to make it back a second time during our trip due to our flight home but next time we’re on the island we will absolutely be back! 10/10 would recommend to all my closest friends and family!!! If you’re looking for a great meal you won’t be disappointed by this restaurant!!!! Go! Go! Go! As soon as you can!

Excellent experience, the food was fantastic. Great for sharing. We shared nigiri tuna, shrimp gyoza and the wagyu sliders from the appetizer side. We shared the brisket, duck fried rice and the Chilean sea bass. All were excellent, the brisket was outstanding. Chocolate coconut cake with sea salt caramel for dessert was amazing.

The best dining experience we had in San Juan was at the Oyster Shack! Food was great, service was fantastic, price was right - we'll be back again on our next visit. Also, the island experienced a power outage and the servers were great about level-setting - as in, "our draft beer isn't cold because we can't cool those coolers" and the service might be a little slow because we're a little low (it was on Jan 1). Even with all of that, the experience was great!

Food was amazing! Great Mofongo and the bistec (cubed steak marinated ) had lots of flavor. Red beans and rice!!
