The Punchbowl is a 17th century gastro pub, located in the heart of rural Essex and the Crouch Valley and the South Essex Salt marshes. A perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon. The staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our meal. My friend is vegan and they adapted a meal for them as well as going through the vegan options on the wine menu. Delicious food all round and a lovely atmosphere.
