The pub was warm & welcoming with fantastic service and we enjoyed a delicious Sunday Roast - the portions were so big we couldn’t fit in dessert (this time !) Would definitely recommend & will be back soonMore infoThe Travellers RestPrice: Moderate• Pub• Chorley•4.2

- JJohnManchester/Greater Manchester •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoThe Allotment is a great place for vegan food. I'd really recommend the tapas deal, we shared 5 small plates and they were all delicious. It's a lovely atmosphere and the service is excellent. An oasis of calm amid the noise and bustle of the Christmas markets!More infoThe Allotment Vegan EateryPrice: Expensive• Vegetarian / Vegan• Manchester•4
- HHayleyManchester/Greater Manchester •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoWe are a family of four, including two boisterous children. The gentleman who served us absolutely “got the memo” that I needed to discreetly pick the most suitable table to ensure we didn’t disrupt other diners. He was excellent and understanding the boys’ need to be away from other customers and brought us kids menus. The menus seem “slim pickings” but we felt like we had a good selection for our picky kids and us being pescatarian. The cocktail menu was great and we enjoy a few of those. The kids had good sized portions or burger and chicken “nugget” and thick cut chips. We had a selection of veggie sharing plates. All of the food was so incredibly tasty and we felt really full despite the portion sizes looking quite small on arrival. We’d definitely like to return to have more of the menu. We’d just have appreciated a faster service because the kids were getting restless waiting for their puddings. Other than that, this is a very easy place to recommend to others!More infoThe Restaurant at The RefugePrice: Moderate• Global, International• Manchester•4.3
- EElizabethWarwickshire •4 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe lunched with friends who had never been to Albert’s and they were amazed at the quality and value for money of the food. The drinks were equally good value …£8 for an Espresso Martini is brilliant. We asked to change tables and they did this for us and without fuss. Our server was friendly and very competent and the decor and ambience were first class. You have gained two new customers who no doubt tell their friends, As for us, Albert’s has never let us down.More infoAlbert's StandishPrice: Expensive• British• Wigan•4.6
