Stray Dog is a comfortable yet fun take on your traditional bar and grill in Nordeast Minneapolis. Fantastic burger styles with hand-cut fries or tater tots. This was a spur of the moment booking while on vacation in Minneapolis. This place is amazing and so is the food the service the band that was playing and any person we interacted with. Its quirky vibe is quite unique and the fact that it has such a cool story makes it that much more special. Would go back any chance I would get. Hell yeah, Hell’s Kitchen!!!!! ❤️

Most lobby restaurants are not the greatest experience. The Milwaukee, however, was a pleasant surprise. From a gracious hostess to a joyful waitress, to a very, very good meal for the four of us. The only food negative was a relatively bland dressing on the Caesar salad. T”My pappardelle was outstanding and the others felt the risotto, burger and salmon were very fine.

We felt taken care of, the service was attentive and very friendly. When a mistake was made, the waiter addressed it right away. The atmosphere was vibrant on a downtown Friday night. We'd asked for a booth in a somewhat quieter area and got exactly what we wanted. Our family had a wonderful night out.
