Best Vegan Restaurants in Monte Carlo Hotel & Casino

Our experience at Toca Madera was great. We were seated and waited on promptly. The drinks and food were delicious. The staff made sure we received our food and beverages on time and kept coming back to see if we needed anything else. We will try other locations when we visit other cities. It was a memorable evening for us!

We had their ribeye which was cooked perfectly! Fries and Mac and cheese. Then, we asked for the seasonal butter cake and they brought a standard one. While eating it, we realized it didn’t fit the description of what the seasonal one was. Turns out they gave us the standard one but upon realizing that, they immediately brought out a seasonal one on the house. If you have a sweet tooth, their dessert alone is worth it but if you also love great food, this place checks off every box on a dinner/dessert want list!

We had a 5:30 reservation on Christmas Eve, were greeted warmly by everyone, and were seated immediately. I haven't been to Vegas in over 30 years and was surprised to see how many fine restaurants are essentially in malls and casinos. Bazaar Mar is beautifully appointed, but I will admit, it took me a while to adjust to the fact that part of my view was of a shopping mall. That being said, our experience was superb. We opted for Jose's Creative Experience at $275 a head, and feel we made an excellent choice. Our waiter John was incredibly knowledgably and enthusiastic. Hubby's cocktail was smoked table side to start our culinary journey. Where to begin? I think there were 14 courses in all. It's hard to pick a favorite, but some highlights.... The Jamón Ibérico was like butter...salty, ham flavored butter! Also LOVED the tempura red snapper, the lobster salad, and the Anchoas Don Bocarte (which was essentially toast slathered with butter and whole anchovies) The pacing was perfect, start to finish we were there for 3 fantastic hours. It was an incredibly creative, memorable meal. Even at $275 a head, we felt we got incredible value. Bravo!!!

Loved it, the whole experience was so much fun. We didn’t stop laughing throughout. Eric our server was great, the food was fab and the wine was lovely too. Only one even better if - please get the sign fixed above the kitchen!
