Great food and service. Cozy contemporary atmosphere

I wish I could give this place 5 plus stars. Absolutely delicious. From the cocktails to each plate. I can’t say enough about the flavors of everything. We started with the ceviche which involved a spicy coconut sauce that made us want to lick the bowl. We chose to go with a pre fixe menu they were doing for the holiday weekend, which isn’t our usual choice, but it really gave us an opportunity to try a variety of dishes. Chef brought a couple of our dishes and what a treat to let him know how amazing everything was that we ate. The masa flavor is just so good! Feels like you are tasting tortillas for the first time. Love what is being served here and we will be back and bringing friends to share this amazing food experience.

The service was excellent. Page was awesome! Everyone there is friendly and attentive. Ordered the Brie special, Grilled Bok Choy and Margherita Pizza. Brie and Bok choy were delicious! A little disappointed in the Margherita Pizza as it was just a tomato sauce with a pesto drizzle. 🙁 should have taken a picture. When brought to the table I had to verify if that was the Margherita pizza. A real Margherita pizza has tomato slices, Buffalo mozzarella and whole basil leaves. Oh, the chocolate chip cookies were a nice finish.

We love going to Culinary Dropouts and always feel special when we go. We had Hannah, one of our favorite servers. She is on top of everything and does her job with poise and grace. The hostesses always greet us as though we are movie stars. We love everything about this restaurant. That is why we go two to three times a week! Yay, we love Culiary Dropouts.

Lovely time, as always! The menu has changed a bit (for the better, we think!) over the last few years. The seasonal changes are always interesting. Lots of options for everyone and just a really chill vibe. We had the pleasure of being served by Carla who was so sweet (our friend was chilly from a wintery trek from his car, so she brought him a hot water to wrap his hands around) - so thoughtful! We had a lovely time and will be back.
