Best Vegan Restaurants in Glenbrook

I am not lying when I say this is the absolute best tasting dinner we have ever had in our entire lives. Thank you Gordon Ramsey, cooks and staff for most wonderful evening.

Delicious food. Nicely designed. Service was excellent. The 20 layer lasagna is a must. Only complaint I would have was noise level is high when restaurant is full. I do highly recommend this restaurant.

Great restaurant with plates to share or keep for yourself. Clearly marked gluten-free and vegetarian options. We ordered about half of the menu to share with a party of five. Our winner of all dishes was the bison carpaccio. Runners up included the deviled eggs, Shrimp and surprisingly, the tofu buffalo wings. Favorite dessert drink was "not your father's root beer float". Our server was fabulous. Attentive and very personable. We were never with a dry glass, whether it was water, wine, or cocktails. And speaking of, a very nice selection of all.

Top to bottom one of the best fine dining experiences we’ve had in a while. We opted for the a la carte seating at the bar and it’s debatably the best seat in the house (5 of their total 31 seats). The Toyosu fish of the day to start was divine and a great lead to the rest of the meal. We placed the entire order at the beginning and they coursed it out for us as great pairings of 2 or so items. The explanation that came as each dish (and cocktail) was presented was very informative and curated, and added that extra level of hospitality that goes beyond just “food service.” We were able to chat with the Chef as he worked on what felt like 100 plates without losing focus, and the communication and efficiency between the entire staff was on full display!
