Best Vegan Restaurants in Thornton

First of all, I want to thank our server, Anna, for being fantastic! She was incredibly helpful and friendly, she made our experience so memorable! We did restaurant week and we all really enjoyed our food! The food was really tasty and creative! The vibe of the place is also really cool. Would highly recommend this place!

The restaurant week menu items weren’t as good as their regular menu items. The ceviche was rubbery and overcooked, the empanadas were still cold in the middle the first time they came out, the entrees were okay but nothing special. I have been there before and their regular menu was delicious. I wish they had showcased regular menu items instead of offering things off-menu.

Had a wonderful first experience at Bang Up To The Elephant. I am not vegan but really enjoyed the food choices and the service was outstanding.

Always a great experience, especially the Brussel sprouts, tater tots and salads. Loved our round table accommodate 8 people and those conversations. Fun to then migrate over to the lobby and sit by the fireplace!

Food was great, and the server was very attentive. Thank you for providing our out of town business leaders such a wonderful dining experience!
