I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fogo de Chao-Towson and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional—attentive without being overbearing, and the staff went out of their way to ensure that we felt comfortable and well-cared-for throughout the meal. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, and kept our drinks refreshed without needing to be asked. As for the food, it was equally impressive. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I particularly enjoyed the all you can eat meat selections which were cooked to perfection. The ingredients were fresh, and the seasoning was spot-on, striking a perfect balance between bold and subtle flavors. The menu had a great variety, catering to different tastes, and everything we tried was satisfying. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, with just the right level of noise and a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. The best Mediterranean food you’ll have just about anywhere. Very authentic dishes, fresh ingredients, wonderful variety, masterfully prepared. Highly recommend! One of our family favs!

Beautiful decor and sensual atmosphere-almost transports you to a different country. The service was top notch. Our server Rosa was very attentive, friendly and helpful with making choices from the menu. She made the experience even better. The manager was also very attentive and made sure we were getting everything we wanted/needed in a timely manner. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to enjoy all of the food since I haven’t been to many Middle Eastern restaurants but I was wrong. I loved everything we ordered. Everything was delicious-well seasoned, beautifully presented and high quality. Some of our favorite choices were the beetroot salad, the honey burrata, the cheese rolls (haloumi cigars), the Bronzino, the chicken kebabs (shish tawouk skewers) the Dubai chocolate crunch bar and the Ashta Bil Asal ( milk cream with Arabic cotton candy). We had a wonderful experience and will definitely return. Highly recommend this restaurant! Valet is available and is added to your bill. Beautiful restaurant, delicious food, impeccable service. A+

My friends and I really enjoyed our night out at Citron. The service was fantastic and the food was great. The atmosphere was wonderful for private dining and group gatherings.
