Disclaimer - we’re regulars and have been going to Cobalt for years. We’ve never been disappointed. The food, service and ambiance keep us coming back and we highly recommend it.

Our server, Ryan, did a wonderful job! Keep him and give him a raise. We tried 8 apps for our happy hr: Fried shrimp crunchy outside, perfect inside Mushroom flatbread delicious Raw oysters were slurped enthusiastically Fried oysters lightly dredged and perfectly fried Oysters Eurasia. Oysters Rockefeller with cream cheese added so good Then: Kale salad and truffle fries. Superb

Cid was the best! She was incredibly attentive. My family and I had a magnificent time here for lunch! Thank you so much Cid for going out of your way for us to enjoy our time here!

Food here was delicious. Guac was great, salsa was great, Lindsey (our server) was great, the all-around ambience and decor was amazing. We had the birria enchiladas for dinner and then enjoyed the churros and tres leches cake for dessert. We will definitely come back again next time we are in VA Beach.

Great food with some different and delicious options we hadn’t seen at other Mexican restaurants. Would definitely recommend!
