Best Vegan Restaurants in Woods Hole

Happy to welcome Tavern in the Square to this neighborhood especially since there are not many sit down restaurants of quality in the area. Great service, comfortable seating and energetic lively staff, customers and music with a clean atmosphere albeit a little minimalist in decor in for my taste . Food was well prepared and presented as I have come to expect from this successful restaurant group, with very generous food portions. Looking forward to possibly seeing the exterior front area with the windows open up to the spacious sidewalk which is lined with tall fire torches utilized for seasonal outdoor dining . We split a full size Chopped Greek salad as a starter which was perfectly prepared and deliciously dressed in a zesty lemon tahini dressing with a hint of refreshing mint. We both chose the Blackened Bacon & Blue Burgers, medium done , his with a big portion of crispy fries and mine their very excellent Tots. Burgers were juicy, nicely seasoned and well constructed so they had the perfect quantity of toppings without being messy. Cocktails were beautifully blended and balanced. Looking forward to future visits!

Had an excellent dining experience this afternoon. Service was top notch and my food choice of Chicken Marsala was cooked to perfection with enough to take home for tomorrow’s lunch. Everything arrived fresh and promptly. My wine suggestion was super delicious and complicated my meal perfectly! Thank you.

We love Appia! The staff are amazing. Food delicious. Our server was great, remembered us from previous times. The hostess is always warm, kind and welcoming. She made sure we were happy with our seats, our meal and made our time with visiting family from out of town very special. We love Karen!

Such a beautiful and vibrant restaurant with long time committed leadership- and it shows. The Rajma is our favorite dish. I also really enjoy the vegetarian thali. Tita’s service is so warm and welcoming. Also the hostess (I’m sorry I did not hear her name) was lovely along with Ajay and Aritson. This is one of our most favorite places.

Everything from our Calamari appetizer to our entrées of Mediterranean Sauce with Shrimp and Seafood Casserole were excellent. It also didnt hurt that we had a spectacular sunset overlooking Bristol Harbor. Our server Kristen was attentive and joyous. A great dining experience.
