- MMikeRaleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill •9 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoFantastic find while making a quick stop in town. Love the old brick arches throughout, you could feel the history. Service was top notch and the food was spectacular. Started with escargot, then had the pecan bourbon salmon and daily special(red drum) for entrees. We cleaned both our plates. Finished dinner with pecan pie and peach cobbler. Phenomenal from start to finish. Highly recommend and will def be back.More infoRiver House SeafoodPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Historic District - North•4.4
- EEmilyVIPLincolnshire •13 reviews4.0Dined on 26 Dec 2024We were very happy with the food here. It was hot, abundant, and well seasoned. At the table we had the steamed clams, crab quesadilla, crab legs, grilled chicken sandwich, mussels/clam fettuccini, and shrimp po boy. All was terrific. Our waitress, Jackie was lovely, but a little forgetful. We got our own plates and napkins from the server station… after sitting with our apps for a few minutes with no plates 🤦🏻♀️More infoFiddler's Crab HousePrice: Expensive• Seafood• Historic District - North•3.6
- JTJulieTRaleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill •19 reviews5.0Dined on 2 Oct 2020We both had the catch of the day which was a sea bass which we had blackened. It was cooked to perfection and was amazing! It was a little pricy though in my opinion. I had it the way it comes with 2 sides and my friend had it on a Kale salad, so they were pretty flexible in prep options. We got there a little early and they gave us a choice to wait a few more minutes for outdoor dining which we said we were happy to do. It is always nice to eat outdoors and it was a lovely evening, but there was live entertainment and it was pretty loud but still nice music -- just hard to have a conversation. Overall it was a great experience and I would go again for sure.More infoQuarterdeck Waterfront DiningPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Hilton Head Island•4.1
