Delicious food, great beer, vast range of whiskies, friendly efficient service and a real buzz about the place. We were booked for Sunday lunch but they only do it once a month on the 1st Sunday, the manager booked us in for January and offered us a free lunch in the bar area. Lunch was good the burger was excellent but the steak pie was just ok the gravy was very watery. The staff were very attentive and friendly, even though the bar area was very busy. Only thing, you feel a little on top of other guests as the venue is quite small. Didn’t ruin the experience at all though.
