Takoi is a true Asian-Infused gem in hidden in Corktown. My husband and I shared the chef’s tasting menu, and each dish was a delightful journey of flavors. The use of unique spices and ingredients had us guessing with every bite! What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Our server, along with the rest of the staff, was genuinely attentive and incredibly knowledgeable about the ingredients and flavors used in every dish. Their passion for the food and their commitment to enhancing the dining experience was evident in every interaction. Great piano bar with alternating players to keep it fresh. Great variety of music styles and types. Players were fun with great attitudes and strong vocal ranges.

This place is top notch! From the ambiance to the food and drinks. The waitstaff is polite and very efficient. We had made a reservation for 5 girls and when we got there we were promptly shown to our table even though the place was packed. We never felt rushed as we leisurely took our time to order and the food came out fast and delicious. We had 2 different pizzas, the vegetable and the Mediterranean. The Asian salmon is absolutely amazing and the burgers are big and juicy and delicious. This is definitely a place I will visit again when I’m in the area.
