Best Fun Restaurants in Islip

We joined some friends at Roadtrip last night- the first time for all of us. We were instantly impressed by the varied and imaginative menu! So much fun and difficult to choose between the many interesting choices. I and my female friend went with the Brussels sprouts for the app…terrific. The guys shared the bacon in Vermont maple syrup- also delectable. Three of us chose entrees from that week’s Wyoming menu (the chicken with lavender honey and the bison meatloaf) and my husband chose the ribs off the regular menu. We were all so amazed by the flavors and presentation and vowed to go back. This is a wonderful new venture and bonus for area diners! Kudos!

I hosted a party of 11 for my wife's birthday. Food was absolutely amazing with no equal. 11 people 1100$ with 250$ in tip . And I can say this anything for my wife. And the food was worth every penny. Great job tellers see you very soon.

We had arrived a little later than our open table reservation was set for. We had a few seating options but the bar looked inviting and we chose to eat our dinner there. We were greeted instantly and both our waiter and bartender were awesome. We both ordered on the lighter side and bread and sweet butter were brought out instantly. A little while later our food was brought out with the waiter circling back around to us to make sure we were enjoying our meal and to see if anything needed adjustments. Though it was a little noisy, there were two big birthday parties near us, we enjoyed the upbeat ambiance and our meal.

Nice date night for a couple decor was pretty and ambiance as acceptable

Ever since the very first time that I went to Whalers I keep going back. T food is delicious and the staff are all fabulous! It has become my favorite restaurant.
