The only hitch is that my wife ordered white rice (versus fried rice or noodles). The rice was brought in a dish at the same time the soup and salad were served (about 20 minutes before the chef started cooking). We asked for a fresh dish, which they brought well before it was to be consumed. The bright spot of the evening was Kila - our table attendant.
