Best Fun Restaurants in Stepney

The Thai Curry was delicious I ate everything on my plate. Rice was too small a portion though. I was disappointed that the restaurant did not have Prawn with was on the menu, instead I had to settle for squid in my sauce. Also the menu is too small for such establishment. I thought they would have a wide range of different foods available. Overall it was ok. My server Renee if that her name was outstanding. I will go again this time to experience the Lounge.

Very attentive and informative staff, perfectly cooked and brilliantly seasoned meat, cooked to our preferences. Generous sides packed full of flavour. Creative and delicious cocktails. We treated ourselves to the cheesecake and the grandma style serving lived up to its name. Amazingly good value overall and a delightful experience. Replicates the feeling of a decent New York steakhouse, no stuffiness, just a passion for food and looking after people.

10/10. Even the bathrooms are worth checking out. Every inch of the restaurant has immaculate detail. The food and service made it even better. Get the beef carpaccio to start, followed by the rigatoni and tiramisu for dessert. Definitely will be back!

Beautiful restaurant with delicious food. Portions appear small but are quite filling. The staff is very approachable and attentive. The standouts dishes for us were the rock shrimp tempura and yellowtail sashimi.

We opted for the Fishmas tasting menu, which was absolutely outstanding. It was a treat to sample a variety of dishes, each bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The service from Nicolay was first-class—he was not only incredibly friendly and happy but also highly knowledgeable about the menu. He made sure to accommodate two nut allergies without any issues, which we greatly appreciated. Nicolay also took the time to capture beautiful photos for us, ensuring we had lasting memories of our wonderful evening. The entire experience was exceptional, from the delicious food to the impeccable service. Sexy Fish is a perfect choice for a special celebration, and we look forward to returning!
