A boutique resort hotel & private event experienceThe Brewery Lodge is a 12-suite boutique hotel located on a 40 acre wooded tract filled with streams, ponds and wildlife. All of the suites are well appointed and offer peaceful views of the remote property. The main house was built in 1930, and has been recently updated to include a craft beer & wine lounge, and restaurant with several outdoor terraces. With its hand-hewn timbers, fireplaces, and warm atmosphere, The Brewery Lodge is sure to relax the traveler in all of us. Our Chef is serving a American Lodge style menu from Monday to Sunday 4pm-9pm. Also, join us for Sunday morning Brunch from 9 am to 1pm.     The parking situation is tough probably worst due to the snow. It is normally not this bad. Perhaps take an Uber or car service if you can. The restaurant is truly the only place within miles that is my go to place and I have not seen the parking situation like this for a couple years so next time it is a car service for me. Love the Farina family they are lovely hosts and the food is always consistently fabulous. The bar is fun and no matter whom I introduce to this restaurant, they are always delighted. Lastly, if you cannot get in for some reason due to no reservations being available check out their sister restaurant in Michigan City which has a similar menu and great vibe, Farina's Cafe.

    Our server was extremely pleasant and accommodating for our Valentine's Day meal. She was very professional, and was on top of our needs for food and drinks. The restaurant was tastefully appointed, and the food was quickly served.

    Hidden little GEM! This place may not look like much from the outside, but my goodness what a fabulous little place! This was my first trip to the Michigan City/New Buffalo area and we needed some last minute Valentines Day reservations. We took the 430 as opposed to the 930 which were the only time slots available and spent 2+ hours enjoying dinner at the bar (our choice - they had a table for us) The bartenders were great - quick with a joke and had great personalities. Dinner was outstanding - 5 stars all the way. We will be back someday!
