In 2007 they founded Canal House, which includes a publishing venture and a culinary, photography, and design studio. In 2019, Christopher and Melissa opened Canal House Station, a hidden gem tucked into an elegantly restored 1870s train station on the banks of the Delaware River in Milford, NJ.     Our table of 4 enjoyed 4 amazing appetizers (crispy chicken dumplings, grilled octopus, butternut fritters & pork belly), 4 delicious entrees (veal cheeks, rabbit ragu, short ribs and the pasta special), not to mention some really enjoyable cocktails. Hard to pick a favorite as everything was delicious. The menu encourages you to step outside of the box a little bit and it is so worth it. Our server, Chris, was fantastic. He gave some great recommendations, seemed to show up just when we needed him and he just added to our overall wonderful experience!

    Always a good spot to grab a meal and drink before heading to a show at The Easton State Theater. It can get a bit lively on a Saturday night, it is a brewery, but we could chat easily without straining to hear one another. Attentive service, good food. Not our first visit, not our last visit.

    The service provided by Sarah our server made the night extremely enjoyable. Bacon wrapped scallops were some of the best I’ve had. Crabcake app was also very good matched with really good Cole slaw. My wife had breaded haddock over risotto which we both loved and I had the tower. All in all a perfect dining experience for us

    Had a fun time on Valentine's Day at White Castle. The staff was amazing, very well done. Never knew that White Castle is doing this event for the past 20 years. It was a fun time for all!
