Great staff.. warm, friendly and fun This was our Anniversary and as my wife is a Cape Towner I can’t tell you how nice it was for her to be greeted by Julian (also is), who was helpful in moving the booking for me originally and it kept the link between the original restaurant in Waterfront alive (which is amazing by the way by the ocean) Thanks guys Great dinner (platter) and at £75 Inc a cocktail, on par for decent value these days

This is true gem in Surbiton and I feel lucky that we have such an exquisite treat on our door steps. The food was exquisite and the service is impeccable and I think very fair in price and value. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this place as everything about it is really special. The people who look after you are knowledgable and personable and nothing is too much trouble. You get excellent advice on pairing wines to go with your dishes and the whole experience is effortless and memorable. Have been doing an annual trip for Christmas for a few years now and have been on the odd ocassion at other times and will continue to do this as each time the experience is amazing.

The food was absolutely fantastic—every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. You can tell the chefs take great pride in their work. The owner personally looked after us, making us feel truly special and ensuring every detail of our celebration was perfect. It’s rare to find that level of care and attention these days, and it made the evening even more memorable. The wine selection was impressive, offering something for every palate and perfectly complementing the meal. Thank you for making our celebration so wonderful—we can’t wait to return!
