After culinary school, Ed stayed in Bologna to work at a family-owned restaurant. He moved to Utah eight years ago, and found himself missing his first love, food. That big decision was made possible for Ed when he met Marco Cuttaia, Osteria Amore’s executive chef and partner. Went to A Christmas Parlor, a pop-up Christmas experience/speakeasy, inside Flanker SLC. It was so much fun! The service was incredible! Leo, the bartender, was congenial and attentive. We had the best time hanging out at the bar with him. We tried the charcuterie board, sliders, and lots of drinks. Everything was delightful! It was such a fun experience. I can't wait to see what other pop-ups come about. We will definitely be attending again!
