Best Healthy Restaurants in Avon

This is our absolute favorite spot in the Vail Valley. They always remember us and are so welcoming at the hostess stand. We had a perfect dinner including the best brioche I have every eaten- this one had a lovely and subtle rosemary flavor. It was a melt-in-your-mouth with scrumptious layers mega event. We learned that there is a new pastry chef in residence there. Our entire meal from start to finish was fabulous. I have never recommended a restaurant solely on a brioche but this is happening now.

We had a wonderful dinner. The kids were given a donut when we entered to eat after dinner which they were pumped about. Everyone was so nice. The service was prompt and friendly. They have a very large selection of wines by the glass and interesting dishes on the menu. The ambience was cozy. The short rib and bolognese were fantastic and the donut bread pudding was unique and delicious. We would definitely return!

Alexander the Great was a fantastic server. He was jovial, knowledgeable and so helpful with our choices. Our dinner was fabulous! Thank you, Alex.

Delicious food, wonderful service and great value for money. We had Christmas dinner and it was great that we could choose from Ala Carte and also given the holiday menu option. The staff were lovely, attentive and professional and the food high quality and delicious. Definitely recommend.

Our dinner at Mirabelle was the best meal of our trip and overall best of any recent meals. My wife and I truly enjoyed everything from the superb service to the delicious entrees and amazing dessert. We had the Alaska Sablefish, Rack of Lamb, Tuna Sashimi, Citrus Salad, and a sweet ending of Baked Alaska. Of course, the smoked old fashioned and margarita were also perfect. Can't wait till we visit Beaver Creek again!
