On October 4th, 2022 the Dutch red windmill opened her doors to Fred & Diana. Diana is known for Diana's Pancakes, across Barcelo and before that, she was the owner of a similar pancake place next to the mill. Fred is known for his former restaurants Chef's Tables, 2 Fools and a Bull and Fred Restaurant in downtown Oranjestad.The two decided to work together and King Fred & Princess Diana was born. We had a perfect view of the sunset. Our server Dugar was great! The food was delicious. I had the grilled grouper with the garlic sauce. My husband had the coconut shrimp. We shared the key lime pie for dessert. Everything was so good.

Our second time to Las Ramblas this visit. Service was great and food was excellent. We had the petite filet and it was excellent. The swordfish which was on special was excellent as well. Great music although it can be a little loud in front of the guitar player or singer. I highly recommend Las Brisas!

The guys coming around the table with the meats were very friendly and helpful in explaining the cuts of meats. The salad bar was a little different this time. The marinated mushrooms were a little too tangy for my taste. Last couple of times it was sweeter. Anyway, I would just go back to the salad bar. But my family LOVES the meats.
