We started with the premium oysters, which were incredibly fresh, briny, and perfectly shucked. They set the tone for the rest of the meal. For our entrées, we indulged in the shrimp and grits, which were creamy and bursting with flavor—true Southern comfort on a plate. The scallops were perfectly seared and paired beautifully with the seasonal vegetable risotto, which was both vibrant and comforting. And let me not forget the Amen Burger—juicy, cooked to perfection, and served with toppings that elevated it to a whole new level. The ambiance was inviting and full of Charleston charm, and the service was attentive and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations.

I took my husband there for his birthday. He got the ravioli special. I got the manicotti and my granddaughter got the spaghetti and meatballs. Everything was absolutely delicious. Our waitress was amazing and the atmosphere was great. Looking at the outside at the building you wouldn't think that it would be that amazing but it is. Just make sure you have reservations because I saw them turn people away over and over.

We love Tavern & Table and dine here often. The menu, value, ambiance, and service make it truly one of Charleston’s top 10 restaurants in our book - and that’s says a lot considering the number of restaurants in Charleston!

Amelia was a wonderful server, very pleasant and attentive. The dining experience with our dog Cody was a big success in large part due to Amelia and all the servers, thank you!! Will definitely visit again when in Charleston…🦴🦴🦴🦴🦴
