After a couple of sips, I realized my glass had a crack in it. I asked Brian for a new glass and he went above and beyond and just made me a new drink. Both drinks were perfect. My husband ordered an old fashioned and it was great too! I also had to try the cosmo old fashioned that had Whistlepig 10 yr, orange bitters and clove syrup I think! We had a spicy tuna roll, shared the bone in pork chop, and a crème brûlée. All of the food was delicious as usual. This is a staple place for us when we visit Telluride (I miss the place in Durango it was my go to for happy hour in college!). Every dish we had was excellent, but what really stands out here is the service and the overall experience. The staff works together as a team to provide a level of customer service rarely seen nowadays. We found Seasons was within walking distance so we made a reservation. So glad we did. We got to dine upstairs close to the kitchen (its open air) and it was a pleasure to be able to listen to the head chef manage the other chefs perfectly. That alone would have been worth the visit. Our waiter was superb. He explained the specials skillfully and answered every question we had. The wife had the Rotisserie Ribeye Dip Hogie and I had the Bologenese Pasta. They were both delicious. The Ribeye Dip (french dip with higher quality beef) was as good as I've ever had anywhere. I just wished I had taken photos to be able to pass along.
