Great food and superior service. Paul was amazing and took care to ensure we had a great experience. Highly recommend Supper for a great meal.

Food was excellent and staff was great. The area is designed around tourists of course, so keep this in mind. But overall I'm very pleased.

We’ve been dining here for several years now. The menu hasn’t changed and they rarely have specials. Today I was disappointed to learn about the special AFTER my meal, when I heard our waitress telling it to the newly seated table next to us. I was so bummed! I would’ve ordered it if I had known about it, because I’ve become bored with the menu. (The only reason we were there is because our son wanted to eat there while he was home from college.) I’ll remember to ask about any specials next time I’m there.

This was my 3rd time at Kirby’s but my first time ordering the Lamb Chops! Instead of their sauce I got the mint jelly on the side and loved it! Sent back a bottle of Malbec only 2nd time I’ve ever sent back a bottle) and enjoyed the next bottle better! Roy (our server) did a fantastic job! Will be back!

There is a reason why some restaurants become a classic stable in the fine dining scene in San Antonio and it begins with the service and attention to customer requests. We have loved this establishment for decades and were very concerned when their transformation to a very different location was first announced. But, no worries. It is the same superior service and attention to the wants and wishes of their diners which sets this restaurant above the majority. I was painfully reminded of this fact all of NYE week, when many established restaurants could not perform well. We are so very delighted to for the recent return of Friday lunches. Just another reason why Fridays are my favorite day of the week.
