He always enjoyed cooking for his families and friends and had a dream to open his own restaurant. Upon meeting his head sushi chef Ivan Wang and Head kitchen Chef Qing Cao. His dream became a reality. Ivan has about 10 years experience in Sushi. Over the years, Ivan has been seeing how the sushi in the United States changed, he does his own creations. Qing also has over 6 years experiences in cooking. He was a chef in China. After he moved to the States, he kept his career being a chef, this time, he wanted to try something new.     BONDST was one of the most incredible meals I've ever had. I had two of the Shishito Pepper Margaritas which had the perfect spice level. They were so good. I split with my daughter the Wagyu Carpaccio, Toro Tartare with Caviar, Seared Salmon sushi roll, Spicy Tuna sushi roll, Tuna Tarts, Spicy Shrimp, and the Hot Scallop dish. Seriously incredible. Found out the next day that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce were eating there at the same time too!!! Such a cool spot. The vibes were immaculate and the food was absolutely incredible.

    The dinner was spectacular in every way. Hygge in New York! The atmosphere was cozy, congenial and filled with Christmas cheer. Flowers and soft candle light everywhere. The punterelle salad was perfectly dressed with ample anchovies, the sea bream en papillote was tender and infused with deep flavor. Add a perfectly balanced negroni sbagliatto to start and the evening was perfect.

    Been wanting to try this steakhouse for a while and finally did in Christmas Eve and it did not disappoint. Food was VERY, VERY good and so was the service. No complaints at all and looking forward to returning.
