Best Italian food I have in Vegas ! The duck confit pizza was out of this world. The cauliflower starter was full of flavors. The tuna crudo and the roasted beet salad were so delicious

Amazing service, amazing food. Our server Mike explained everything, answered all our questions and made suggestions that pleased our birthday party of four gals. The lobster pasta is to die for! Rib eye cooked to perfection. Highly recommend.

The lobster tempura was perfectly crispy yet tender, bursting with delicate flavors. The wagyu tacos were a highlight—rich, flavorful, and expertly balanced. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection, juicy and full of depth. The king crab tempura was another standout, showcasing fresh, high-quality ingredients with a light, crispy texture. To finish, the vanilla tart was a perfect ending to an incredible meal—light, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. The food and service is always excellent! Never a doubt. The biscuits and gravy was sooo good. We belong to a FB food group and I always brag about the Brass Fork.
