Mina, our server, was exceptional—thorough, knowledgeable, and always ensuring that every detail was perfect. As for the food, it was nothing short of outstanding. The lobster tempura was perfectly crispy yet tender, bursting with delicate flavors. The wagyu tacos were a highlight—rich, flavorful, and expertly balanced. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection, juicy and full of depth. The king crab tempura was another standout, showcasing fresh, high-quality ingredients with a light, crispy texture. To finish, the vanilla tart was a perfect ending to an incredible meal—light, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. Nobu at Caesar’s Palace delivers on every level, from food to service to ambiance.     I’m on a heart healthy diet and found True Foods through Trip Advisor. It can be very challenging to find food options that fit the tab (gluten free, no sugar, the right oils, low saturated fats, no processed food). So, when I saw the menu I almost got giddy. The dinner was great and my normal eating companions enjoyed what they had. Our server was very helpful and accommodating.

    Our server from Croatia was very knowledgeable of the history of the menu and the chef and just was a delight. We enjoyed the food and it was such a surprise as a vegetarian sometimes it’s a struggle.
