Johnny’s Downtown, opened in 1993, is similar to the original Johnny’s Bar on Fulton Road, featuring pasta, veal and fish. The setting, a refurbished 1860’s Warehouse District building, formerly a general store, is the drinking and dining spot of locals and business people alike. Joseph Fall, the executive chef, oversees the food operations and is responsible for our crafting our signature dishes and creating daily specials.     Blue Pointe is still a wonderful spot for a special occasion. The Holiday decorations were beautifully done and the atmosphere was lovely. Our server was fantastic. Most of the food was amazing. I was disappointed in my Sea Bass, they replaced it quickly and offered me other items while I waited . Overall a consistent and wonderful experience

    Our waiter Kade was professional, informative and made our Thanksgiving dinner special. My husband had the Turkey dinner special, I had the scallop special, my sister had the filet and her husband had chicken parmigiana. We had the sauté calamari for an appetizer and everything was delicious, not to mention the dessert, warm olive oil cake, cheesecake and the special pumpkin cheesecake. We were extremely happy and grateful for such a wonderful dining experience.

    We moved to Cleveland last March. We chose this restaurant for our anniversary last May. We loved it. Yesterday, we returned to celebrate my husband's birthday. The food was great and plentiful, so we have another dinner for tonight! Our server was clearly fairly new. She was super nice and we enjoyed her service. We love this restaurant so much. We recommend it highly!
