- CCarlosBirmingham/West Midlands (county) •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoLoved everything about the restaurant. Location, ambience, service, food and drink We has some oysters with champagne to start and then we all had the cod with chips and greens and a bottle of the chardonnay viognier blend. It was all delicious. Shame you are not open on Saturdays.More infoCloth RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Traditional French• Farringdon•4.7
- LLilyLondon •1 review4.0Dined 3 days agoThe food was excellent, but the service left much to be desired. The male waiters were lovely and accommodating, but the female server who attended to us was abrupt and rude. One of our friends is pregnant, and we requested well-cooked food for her. When she brought it over, she commented, "This is the stuff you don’t like," which was not the case—our friend simply cannot eat raw food. I also tried to ask her for recommendations, but she cut me off and told me not to interrupt, even though I wasn’t. While the food and overall ambiance were great, her attitude dampened what could have been an otherwise pleasant experience.More infoSticks'n'Sushi - Covent GardenPrice: Expensive• Sushi• Covent Garden•4.6
- ZZahidLondon •3 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoThe evening was excellent, the food was delicious with good sized portions and it arrived quickly. The only downside was the lack of availability of 3 of the mains which meant that 3 of the 6 of us had to change our first menu choice. Also one of the sides was not available. Whilst I completely understand the need to stop waste it was a shame that the menu was so limited at 7pm on a Saturday night. That said I would definitely go back again. Thank you The George for offering fresh, high quality dishes despite your prime location. As Londoners we are usually disappointed with the food offered in many central London locations- but you offer a wonderful menu and dining experience for tourists and locals alike.More infoThe George, Pub & RestaurantPrice: Expensive• British• Covent Garden•4.3
