All our pasta is handmade in-house in the traditional ‘fatta a mano’ style. The quality of the food was excellent, service was fantastic. Our waitress was very attentive and courteous. Considering it was Christmas Day, some Christmas decorations would have improved the ambience, some bon bons on the tables etc would have made it a more festive atmosphere. If it wasn't Christmas Day, I'd say it was excellent in all respects.

Overall ambience and experience was great. A few issues with some hot foods being cold. Poached eggs were pre-prepared and sitting on a cloth. Pancakes were pre-prepared and were cold and dry. With a few tweaks this breakfast could be a lot better.

Everything was off to a great start and the food was really lovely. The service started off great and friendly throughout but slowed down noticeably at the end when we had to flag for a bottle of water and order desserts - took 30 mins to get attention after we had finished our mains. Otherwise a lovely meal and we’d happily come back!

This has to be one of the best kept secretes of Melbourne. After 6.5 years in Melbourne, 3 days before we return to London, it was one of our last stops. We will miss you Luca.
