Best Historic Restaurants in Midtown

We celebrated our anniversary there tonight. It was absolutely perfect. The food was prepared to the highest standard. The service was spot on. Have not had a better experience in a restaurant in a long time. It was exactly what we were looking for. They did not have a menu built of the newest and most creative items that take 10 minutes to describe. Just the tried and true favorites done exceptionally well. Arancini, veal saltimboco, tiramisu. And that’s what we were looking for.

First time at The Finch. Very nice setting in Union Station. Modern and fun. Great food and service. We went for Thanksgiving and it was terrific. Want to go back to the regular menu next time. Definitely on our list of great restaurants in Nashville now.

One of our "go-to's" when we're in Nashville, particularly if we want to celebrate something special. Love the environment, love the server staff (especially Brandon & Savannah) and love the live jazz. And the food is always outstanding!!!

We were looking for a relaxing dinner with family where we weren’t rushed and we could talk and hear each other and that is exactly what we got. The atmosphere was nice and the food and service were good as well.

We had the most wonderful time. Our server was very attentive and thoughtful. It was later in the evening with no new reservations coming in. We were super cold and she moved us near the fire place. Made the experience much better. Our meals were wonderful. I had the beef tenderloin and they did allow me to leave off the pepper sauce. My husband had the salmon and daughter had the lamb. Every dish we would get again. The ambiance were so nice. Every decoration placed perfectly. Loved it so much!
