Amazing dinner! The swordfish and salmon were so fresh, the side salad was delicious, and the staff was exceptional. Be sure to check out the restroom for a “whale” of a surprise!

We came to Cape May for a romantic post-engagement getaway, and the Washington Inn did not disappoint. This place is perfect for everyone. We saw friends, families, and couples gathered together for good food and drinks. We loved our food, cocktails, and our waitress, Rachel! We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Cape May. The food, drinks, and ambience were perfect. Thank you to the staff at the Washington Inn! We will be back and we will recommend it to all our friends!

Petunia is a great place to get into the holiday spirit, cozy and well decorated. Perfect place for 2 or more. The baked brie is a delectable starter to share followed by the wedge. My venison pappardelle was perfection, the meat was so tender and the pappardelle melted in with the flavors of the venison was just perfect. I usually take half of my dinner home, but not this dish - all was enjoyed with not a leftover. My guest had the spaghetti and meatballs, I think there are better options on the homemade pasta menu, but he enjoyed it very much. We ended with a cannoli and French press coffee - it was a 5 star dining experience....

We ate on a Tuesday night recently while all of the Christmas decorations in Cape May were appearing. Decorations in the Ebbitt room were fabulous. We were cheerfully greeted from the moment we walked in. The service was very good and prompt. The wine list is terrific. Our meals were definite five-star. We'll be back!
