- TTylerNew York State •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoExceptional experience from arrival to departure, which speaks volumes about their staff and how in unison they all are, everything was seamless, friendly and welcoming with a smile. My server, Juan was phenomenal, offered tremendous service throughout, and was super knowledgeable about the entire menu, which provided me with a spectacular dining experience. The new Asian inspired crab cakes belong in the culinary hall of fame; sesame crusted, with depths of flavors that were as stunning as the plating of the dish. Their Bison steak cooked perfectly medium rare was outstanding as was the pairing of the duck fat fingerlings and out of this world Brussels sprouts, in unison, all were such a thing of beauty. Flavored butter and their mocktails were also delicious and unique! Guy at the front desk was awesome, knowledgeable about the history of the establishment and took wonderful care of me. I’ve dined around the world at a multitude of Michelin starred restaurants, Log Haven belongs right at the top with any of them. This is the restaurant to visit in Salt Lake City, otherworldly in every way, as close to perfect and paradise as a dining experience can be. Thank you, Log Haven and staff! - RRiverUtah •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoThe food and service was INCREDIBLE but the noise was so bad I couldn’t hear anyone at my table talking, and I had requested a quiet table and they sat us next to a very loud party of 10! Was a bit disappointed.More infoCaffe MolisePrice: Expensive• Italian• Downtown•4.7
- SStevenUtah •2 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoThis was a new restaurant to myself and my dining partner. The comfort food elevated concept was very interesting and amazingly well done. The servers' recommendations were fantastic and everything delivered to our table was exactly as described on the menu. The fact that the restaurant has artificial sweeteners, but not the pink packets (i.e., saccharin) caused me to not get the iced tea. I don't know why any upscale restaurant would not offer pink packets as an option to guests since it's the only artificial sweetener that effectively and efficiently dissolves into cold beverages. Other than the artificial sweetener issue, everything else was fantastic! I highly recommend this restaurant, and if you like iced tea sweetened with saccharin, I recommend you bring your own Sweet 'n' Low packets with you. There are many appetizers that are absolutely delicious and will have me return to try the ones I could not get to on this visit. On the service side, I was running late because of when the concert ended at Delta Center. I called the restaurant and talked with Bob to let him know I was heading over from Delta Center, but I would be a few minutes later than my scheduled 5:30 pm reservation. Bob assured me that was just fine and we got there at 5:45 pm. We were seated immediately at a table that was ready for us, and had a lovely time. The service is just great at Carson Kitchen!More infoCarson Kitchen- Salt LakePrice: Moderate• American• Salt Lake City•4.4
