Beautiful restaurant with an interesting history. Excellent menu and the food was fantastic! Had the 1/2 salad and cup of soup lunch. Choose the black bean soup served over rice. Delicious! After we ate we asked about the restaurant history and the assistant manager gave us a wonderful tour. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We had an incredible experience celebrating our wedding anniversary here! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly special, even surprising us with a thoughtful handwritten note. The food was absolutely fantastic, and I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion sizes, especially since I had expected smaller servings. I have been to Barterhouse twice and both times the food was very good. The hush puppies are my favorite small plate, the catch of the day was sea bass and that was delicious with the butternut squash mixture. We’ve also had the short rib and ravioli (which was just okay), but the carrots on the side were amazing.
