These past few years we have not eaten at Mirabelle's feeling the food and service had slipped. We decided to try it again this past week and we had a fantastic experience like ole times. A.j. Our waiter was experienced and friendly. The food was delicious and on par with the best Beaver Creek, Vail and Edwards have to offer! We highly recommend Mirabelle's for that special dinner treat! The wagyu beef, Dover sole were excellent. Since we spend five months a year in the valley we have eaten recently at many of the best restaurants in the area. Mirabelle's stands tall and is second to none at this time!
