- JJoeMemphis / West Tennessee •4 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoOur meal at Girl & the Goat was wonderful! The service was friendly and helpful. He knew the menu and ensured our experience delicious. We began our dinner with the naan. The dips served alongside were excellent. Next we enjoyed the chickpea fritters that we crisp with creamy inside, accented by pomegranate. We definitely wanted to try the goat empanadas, and were glad that we did. Our next course that we enjoyed were the wood-fired mussels. The broth was delicious. We ended with the roasted pig face. Our server enticed us with dessert. We finished our meal with the apple hand pie. Overall, we loved this place.More infoGirl & the GoatPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• West Loop•4.8

We came for Valentines day weekend and ate from the prefixed Valentines menu for 2. Everything came out perfect and the portion sizes were more than enough. We were in a back room area that was much more quiet and intimate than the bar area that you see when you walk in, which is what we wanted. Our server was fantastic too. 10/10 !!!!More infoWildfire - Oak BrookPrice: Moderate• American• Oak Brook•4.7
- AAnnabellaDenver / Colorado •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoOur experience was nothing short of extraordinary! We celebrated my best friend’s birthday on Valentine’s weekend, and chose the Valentine’s Day Omakase Special, which was absolutely delicious. But the real standout dishes were from their traditional menu. The Spicy Crispy Tuna Rice was an unforgettable treat—the rice was perfectly crisped to a golden crunch, while the tuna was a harmonious blend of sweet and spicy, so fresh and full of flavor. And the Bone Marrow? It was like butter—meltingly soft, warm, and bursting with rich, savory goodness that made every bite heavenly. To top it all off, our waiter Lee was phenomenal. He was so attentive, kind, and knowledgeable, making the whole evening feel special. He surprised us with roses, complimentary champagne, and a birthday sorbet for my friend with a candle—such a thoughtful touch! The sorbet was so refreshing and a perfect end to our meal. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere were top-notch, and I would rate the whole experience a 12/10. We’ll definitely be coming back for more!More infoRoka Akor - Oak BrookPrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• Oak Brook•4.7
- DDarianChicago / Illinois •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe enjoyed our Valentine’s Day at Gibsons! The food and drinks were excellent and the staff was kind and helpful. We would have preferred to sit in the main eating rooms. We were in a separate space that appeared to be a temporary space for Valentine’s Day. It did not feel as comfortable and it was very cold when guests would enter/exit the restaurant. However, it did not ruin the experience and we will come back because of the food and excellent service!More infoGibsons Bar & Steakhouse - Oak BrookPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Oak Brook•4.7

Our plates sat on our table for an extremely long time until the busboy took pity on us & brought us containers for our leftovers. I frequent this restaurant approximately once every 6 weeks. I’ve had Hector at other times & his service was good Next visit I will ask not to be in his areaMore infoAntico PostoPrice: Moderate• Italian• Oak Brook•4.8
