Two members of our group are gluten intolerant and Posana provides a safe environment for them to eat without having to review every ingredient. It is also exemplary to have every option available to them without having to take a salad or the only protein based option. Our server Jasmine, was vigilant to communicate with us and the kitchen to avoid any issues. The food was amazing, service even better!
