The lighting and decor are sophisticated, yet casual enough to make the entire experience relaxed and enjoyable. The food was absolutely outstanding. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, with bold flavors and fresh ingredients. The tapas-style dishes were perfectly portioned for sharing, and everything we tried was a delight. The Paella and the Jamon Croquettes were standouts! The service was top-notch. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations without being overbearing. They made sure we had everything we needed, ensuring a seamless dining experience from start to finish. The scene was straight out of a postcard, and the serene yet vibrant atmosphere made our evening feel extra special. We started our meal with lychee martinis, which were perfectly balanced—sweet, refreshing, and strong. For dinner, we indulged in the lamb chops, which were tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The creamy mashed potatoes were rich and buttery without being overwhelming. The Caesar salad was fresh and crisp, with just the right amount of dressing, and the mushroom risotto was a standout. The combination of the stunning views, the impeccable service, and the exceptional food made for an unforgettable experience. This was a great experience overall. The food was phenomenal, especially the snapper entree. Overall, very creative combinations and flavorful. The wait staff were attentive and did a nice job describing the dishes and provided recommendations. Well deserved Michelin stars!

A lovely experience on Valentine's Day which can be quite hectic and noisy in some restaurants. The hostess seated us immediately at a nice table by the window. Service was prompt; water, then warm rolls with a nice chimichurri sauce. Pablo, the waiter, took our drink orders right away; the manager, Jorge, checked at our table two times during the evening. The salad was very generous, enough for three of us. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the butternut squash soup. Our entrees were perfect. The excellent service by Pablo continued throughout the meal. The valet service was perfect. It can be challenging to park in Coral Gables so it was an appreciated amenity. We will definitely return.
