I booked open table and got a very nice standard table Not noisy at all so we could talk n at least hear each other I had tuna tartare as appetizer And than Salmon in honey mustard and alternated vegetables for mashed potatoes My family had steak and French onion soup Than to finish off our dinner we had their mud pie Everything was so delicious Everything was perfectly done

Earls never fails to impress. Food was excellent as always. Service was great, a little slow at various points of the dining but it was busy and understandable. Loved the reed straws rather than plastic!! Well done on that!!

Service by Miles at the bar was outstanding. He instantly made me comfortable. When making recommendations he wanted to know my tastes to help point me in the right direction. He definitely succeeded. With minor adjustments, thanks to Miles, I had the Holiday Kaiseki. NOT ONE BAD BITE from beginning to end of these 7 courses. Fish and seafood, fresh and bright. Wagyu Steak just the right amount of fat. The dessert of eggnog mousse and apple filling. Do I feel guilty? Yes. But I’d do it all over again. A shouldn’t miss meal.

The food, as always, was outstanding, but it was the exemplary service from Tim and Heidi that elevated the experience to another level. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality reflect the high standards that Joe Fortes is known for.
