- AAutumnOrange County •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe went to Mastro's ocean Club during special holiday hours for The President's Day Weekend. We had reservations and arrivedearlier for check in. We were seated promptly at 3pm, which was our scheduled time. We opted to sit in the courtyard/patio area which was still very much like sitting in the middle of the restaurant. We were seated near some fountains and greenery which was quite charming and relaxing. Our server was very knowledgeable and explained the specials as well as the menu options. I ordered the French 77 and Lemon drop cocktails and my husband ordered a Mojito and a bourbon sour. All of the cocktails were well mixed and delicious. For dinner my husband chose the ribeye and the lobster mashed potatoes. I chose the filet mignon and the truffle butter mushrooms. Everything tasted phenomenal. Our server was working with two other employees seamlessly. There were no gaps in attention to detail or service to our table. I highly recommend Mastro's Ocean Club.More infoMastro's Ocean Club - Newport BeachPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Newport Beach•4.8

The hostess was amazing, we were seated within 5 min of our rezo and near the Jazz musician. Our waiter was Brandon, amazing experience! We had spent Valentines 2024 WG at oyster bar. This evening rather than order off the menu we wanted to try the 4 course. I don’t have a lot of experience in fine dining and 4 courses with wine pairing. Brandon was very helpful with sharing how the menu would be served this evening. The Mrs she’s used to fine dining but for an island boy from Samoa it was a new experience for me. Amazing experience and for those who may have not experienced fine dining 4 course with wine pairing just ask the your wait person for help. I’m never afraid to ask if I do not know. The fork thing, the many utensils, the different glasses, etc 😂 Definitely will plan a dinner outing for the entire family, 12 total, this summer when I’m back in town. Salute and Respects to Brandon, and the entire WG team. The Jazz musician was 🔥🔥🔥More infoWater Grill - South Coast PlazaPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Costa Mesa•4.7

We had a window view with no obstruction and got to see the Disney fireworks towards the end. The food was amazing and our server was great as well. We didn’t feel rushed at all and our server was very knowledgeable about the food and wine. This was our second time at Orange Hill and they never disappoint and highly recommend. Our reservation was at 7pm and got to the valet 5 minutes before and was able to check in and get seated quickly.More infoOrange Hill RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Orange•4.6

Our waiter was fantastic, with a thorough knowledge of food options, and ultimately selling us on the prefix meal. This was Valentine’s Day, so very special. The food here is phenomenal. We had numerous dishes, including Wagyu, steak, sashimi, sushi, oysters, and a great dessert. Highly recommend. More infoNobu NewportPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Newport Beach•4.7

The food and service were what you always hope a restaurant of this caliber would be. We would recommend that if you are dining at a busy time of day to arrive early as this is an extremely busy restaurant and center, and the parking lots can completely fill up and the valet can get backed up. Other than that, our experience was top notch!More infoJavier's Crystal CovePrice: Expensive• Mexican• Newport Beach•4.7
