When we were lead to our table we were offered to check our coats. The atmosphere was lively and very busy. Our server was friendly and attentive. We started off sharing a Crab Cake, It was very tender and hot. I had the Filet Mignon with Béarnaise sauce and my wife had the Salmon Wellington with a Tarragon sauce(not Béarnaise). Both dinners were very good. I guess my only complaint would be the vegetables were under done, they were still crunchy. The desserts were incredible. Overall it was a very pleasurable experience. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Vancouver.

Our visit to Nightingale was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, the service and ambiance set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The food was beyond incredible—each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. A special shoutout to our server, Colwyn, who truly made the evening special. He was not only attentive and caring but also incredibly thoughtful with his recommendations. His warm and welcoming demeanor made our first meal in Vancouver a highlight of our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our time here. Thank you, Colwyn, and the entire team at Nightingale for such a memorable experience. We’ll be back! Let me know if you’d like any tweaks!

Exceptional staff, service, ambiance, food quality and hospitality. This is my third time enjoying Hector’s creations and he never disappoints. The Botanist staff is worth experiencing as much as the food. Absolutely superb quality and food pairing, wine paring and menu creativity. The menu changes with the season but if you are around in the winter anything suck, lamb or pepper salmon is and will be divine. This is a must experience!
