Best Neighbourhood Gem Restaurants in Elgin

Went for happy hour and was not disappointed. I do wish they would have some hoilday decorations up. But food and service was prefect.

Definitely a go to place. Food and cocktails were excellent. Parking a bit challenging.

You'll need to make a reservation...why? Because this place is great and everybody knows it, has been for many, many, many years. One of our top go-to places in the area.

The halibut was incredible. It had a tiny crispness at first bite, but was so moist. It was perfectly cooked. Our server made my sister & her husband feel very special on their 35th anniversary with a special dessert. I always bring visiting relatives, because I know they will love the experience…

Our server totally read our mood for the evening and made us feel like we were the only people she had to focus on. Beyond that, the food was amazing! We were done with dinner but not ready to call it a night, so she secured two spots for us at a busy bar. We were so very well taken care of! Love this place!!!
