Best Neighbourhood Gem Restaurants in Fremont Street

Was not happy that it was all one check when it just needed to be divided into 2. We had arrived and had already eaten and friends arrived late(er). They ordered and we sat w them while they ate and it was still one check. Totally disagree w this. Had I known we would have cashed out before they arrived. The rigidity was not necessary

THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING!!! We had our company group dinner last night at Mon Abi Gabi and I can't say enough about our experience. Starting with our server, LUIS!!!! This gentleman was ON POINT! He greeted us quickly as we were seated. He was so personable, genuine, and knowledgeable about everything. He answered our questions & gave great recommendations for food and drinks. I could talk about his guy for the whole review - he did a fabulous job! We LOVED the specialty drinks & Luis had some great wine recommendations. The FOOD was so good! We took Luis' recommendation and tried the special. Which was a Lamb Shank. My gosh! It was fantastic. Everyone at the table raved about their meals. We were fortunate enough to get a nice table outside, and it really helped enhance the experience. You're not bothered by folks on the street and you have a marvelous view of the Bellagio. Which has the fountain shows going on throughout your meal. At the end of the meal, the Manager came over to say hello and to thank us for coming in. He was such a nice guy and I personally appreciate him doing that. The experience was incredible and I highly recommend checking this place out!!

All the food was wonderful! It was good to share everything with a group to enjoy every little bite. We ordered charcuterie board, chopped salad, half a loaf, roasted mushroom pizza, radiatore al limone, beef and pork meatballs for a group of 5 and we ate every bite of it. Would definitely come back to try other goodies in the menu.

The Golden steer is a classic steakhouse in every sense of the word. It's absolutely understandable why the who's who of Old Vegas used to frequent the golden steer! Everything from the cocktails through the meal and into dessert was first rate. Love the tableside Caesar and cherries jubilee! The steak and lobster tail were excellent. It's certainly a little spendy, but for what you get I felt like it was a wonderful value for a special evening that I will not forget. This may have been my first but will not be my last visit here!

We enjoyed our experience at Oscar’s. The atmosphere sitting in the glass dining room is what makes this place nice for us. The server was very nice just a bit slow for our preference. The steaks, sides, salads and lobster bisque soup all were excellent. I wouldn’t recommend the burger. For $24 it was overcooked and unimpressive. No joke an In-N-Out burger is much tastier. Lots of competition among steakhouses in Las Vegas. This is a legendary one but it’s not in our top 5 in town.
