- JLJeanLNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe food -- rack of lamb and beignets for dessert- was excellent. Their veggies are always cooked to perfection in this case roasted carrots and a creamy potato gratin. It's expensive but a great place to eat, Service is great, very attentive but not annoyingly so. I would highly recommend Nico's. I have eaten here for several years as I have NJPAC tickets. An excellent dinner and a good show is something to look forward to!More infoNico Kitchen & Bar - NewarkPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Newark•4.3

- MMonicaNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoThe food, drinks and service here was very good! The sangria was very tasty. We ordered lots of different things but my favorite was the solomillo con bacon and an avocado dip that was fantastic. I can’t remember the name for the avocado thing. Phenomenal though! Actually thought about ordering a second one all to myself. Parking is literally nonexistent. You will need to valet park for $5 and they will actually double park you around the block so don’t go in your fanciest car if you are particular about how it is parked. Other than that, 10 out of 10 would do again!More infoCasa de PacoPrice: Moderate• Tapas / Small Plates• Newark•4.7
- JjohnNew York City •9 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoFornos is a go-to in Newark for a nice occasion. The staff is always friendly and professional, the atmosphere is wonderful - elegant but not stuffy/pretentious, and the food is exceptional. The selections are a challenge - in that there are too many good options; the flavor is wonderful, and you're usually taking some home, as the portions are generous. Then there are sides that come with the meal, along with the salad - plentiful. It's always a wonderful experience.More infoFornos of SpainPrice: Expensive• Spanish• Newark•4.7
- KKylaVIPTahoe / Reno Area •30 reviews5.0Dined on 4 Jan 2025Absolutely FANTASTIC! I would travel back to Newark just to go! Decor was awesome. Place was big but so well designed. Food was incredible. Every bite of everything we ate was tasty. The staff couldn’t have been any better. We had 2 littles and they were SO kind to them. And engaging. Note they have very limited children’s menu options BUT our kiddos shared a skirt steak and loved it! They ate the entire thing! Can’t say enough good!More infoAdega GrillPrice: Expensive• Portuguese• Newark•4.8
