I initially felt a sense of hospitality on the phone when making a reservation; that hospitality was reinforced throughout the evening by the genuine warmth and confidence of the chef and staff. They are on top of their game and it shows. The menu is a superlative exploration of the chef's Italian Riviera background. It relies heavily on locally caught seafood and light (almost simplistic) compositions that skillfully accent the flavors of the high quality ingredients… Paradiso absolutely earned its stars. Not because of the meticulously clean and organized restaurant, nor the expert service, or even the amazing food and drink. What a wonderful find ! We had delicious meal and everything was fabulous! I had the seafood risotto which was one of the freshest! The chicken parm was also a hit. Served over arugula ! The biggest surprise was the enormous Christmas tree in the middle of the restaurant! Such a festive spot to go!

It was our first time in this restaurant and I loved it. It exceeded my expectations. I took my husband to celebrate his birthday with a beautiful dinner and I was looking for an Italian restaurant, elegant, clean, quiet, with a pleasant atmosphere and this was a great experience. Gazpacho was authentic and flavorful. Sandwiches and salads were creative and all made from fresh ingredients. The curry chicken salad is excellent. The tuna melt was pleasantly unique with a pop of flavor from the added capers. We had the 1/2 and 1/2 option that allows you to pick from a selection of soups, salads and sandwiches. The baguette sandwiches were superb. Service was exceptional!
