I initially felt a sense of hospitality on the phone when making a reservation; that hospitality was reinforced throughout the evening by the genuine warmth and confidence of the chef and staff. They are on top of their game and it shows. The menu is a superlative exploration of the chef's Italian Riviera background. It relies heavily on locally caught seafood and light (almost simplistic) compositions that skillfully accent the flavors of the high quality ingredients… Paradiso absolutely earned its stars. This is one of our favorite restaurants. The sushi is consistent and always fresh. We got the Hawaiian Fried Rice which is always tasty with good amounts of chicken and shrimp. The restaurant moved to a new location several months ago and was beautifully remodeled. It was a very busy night as it was Saturday night in season. The service was still good but a little hectic due to the crowd. They have a good system and plenty of staff.

If I could put a sixth star for everything I would. The service was great my grandkids were not sure if they liked something so the waiter offered to talk to the chef about doing the dish a different way she was so kind about it and eventually got it done. once we got our food (in under 15 minutes) the kids devoured their meals and I too thought it was very tasty and looked amazing the view was outstanding and it was well worth the trip. I hope to go there again soon.

The service was good. It was very loud and noisy. The prices are just way too expensive for the amount of food that you get. Since they did the renovation, I guess they decided to raise all the prices and give you less food so this will be our last time going back there and we’ve been there several times
