For more than 20 years, Paolo’s has been bringing the taste of Italy to Kent. Paul Raftis founded the restaurant after growing up learning to cook along side his mother, Darlene Raftis. He enjoys the open kitchen he can chat with guests as he works. He never tires of hearing "It smells so good in here!"     Overall we would eat there again We had a large party and they were able to accommodate us well. A couple in our party felt their food proportion was small for price. The bread was not cut through so we had to tear it making us touch pieces of bread others would eat. One person said the chicken was dry in their salad. Good menu choice and majority felt it was a very good meal.

    What a beautiful setting! I can’t wait to go back in the summer! But even on a rainy day, this was worth the drive. I was surprised that the didn’t have valet though. The food and service and cocktails were great. Definitely a thumbs up from me.

    Booked our table a month ago, was really excited to visit, The pink door doesn’t let us down. The Food was soooo good and we definitely ordered too much for two, we went straight with 4 Fresh Northwest oysters, Bagna Cauda(Hot Bath), Squid Ink Tonnarelli and Mama’s Meatballs; end up packing it for dinner the night as well, but it was so satisfying. Bagna Cauda (Hot bath) is the most amazing, knowing it’s just a “dip” for veggie, however, it’s different —- you have to try it to know how good it is.

    Wynter was an EXCELLENT server for our group of 6. She was very attentive, responsive and detailed. She made our birthday celebration dinner very special. Food was good. Calamari was a bit chewy not as good as usual. Everything else was great.
