Since 2001, we have been located in downtown West Palm Beach, in CityPlace. Our original location was surrounded by grand fountains, which inspired our name. However, as our popularity grew, so did our need for space. And, after 23 years, we moved into our new home, which is just steps away from the old one. Our new space is beyond our wildest imaginations. Starting in the kitchen, we have every amenity a chef could want, allowing us to serve a wide variety of classic Italian dishes, including homemade pastas, handcrafted pizzas, and mouth-watering seafood and meat entrees.     The We came to City Wine Cellar for Dinner. We were a party of 4. Victoria treated us well. We had the Humas and spinach dip as appetizers. They were very good. I had the chicken as a main. It was made well. The desserts were huge and delicious. I had the Carrot cake. It was more then I could eat. The atmosphere was wonderful

    We enjoyed a beautiful Holiday/birthday celebration at Pistache. Maks was our waiter, and he was great . . . a joyful spirit and very professional. Our guests were very happy with their meals, duck confit and steak tartare. I enjoyed the lamb shank (small plate,) and my husband liked his chicken breast. The fall salad and the beet salad were very good. Of course, the bread was as amazing as it always is! Looking out on the festive activities and beautiful lighting on the Green, we think Pistache is the perfect restaurant for the Holidays, especially. Really, any time of year always seems good!

    We’d previously visited other Ruth’s Chris locations and our experience was just underwhelming, so we never in a hurry to try again. After a recent visit with a girlfriend, I told my husband we had to give it another shot, here in West Palm Beach. Tonight from start to finish was absolutely wonderful, great meal, incredible service and we’re convinced we’ll be back! Special shout out to Lydia who was a phenomenal and knowledgeable server!
